Referral Tracking
Referrals must be tracked through our designated affiliate system, links, or methods as provided to you. We are not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to technical issues, incorrect links, or user error.
Commission and Payouts
- Commissions are only earned when a referred client successfully completes payment for an eligible service.
- Payouts are typically processed within 4–7 business days after the referred client’s payment has been received and confirmed.
- In some cases, payouts may take longer than 7 business days due to payment processing delays, verification checks, administrative reviews, or technical issues.
- No commission is payable for refunded, cancelled, or disputed payments.
Payment Method
Affiliate payouts will be made using the payment method agreed upon in advance. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information.
Right to Withhold or Adjust Commissions
We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or adjust affiliate commissions where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or marketing regulations.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the programme at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the affiliate has breached these Terms or acted in a way that could harm our reputation or business.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
