I came to IRC to make peace with who I am and get recognised once and for all. All my fears and second guesses melted away as she explained what my patterns are called. I come from a no mental health check background. More of a we notice something useful in you and we exploit it

Caroline was absolutely amazing she was so kind and gentle with my daughter on assessment day. Caroline has been wonderful with guidance and advice I'm so thankful we are now moving in the right direction. I would have no problem in recommending Caroline and her services.

Our young person has struggled for years with anxiety. It had become clear there was a deeper issue. Caroline was able to connect with us in a compassionate and professional way. We are now in a position to avail of much needed resources in the education system and beyond. We understand each other better as a family. I am so grateful to her. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am really very happy that I made the decision to go to Resilience Clinic, I was lost regarding my son, several frustrating attempts to get my son's diagnosis. Irish Resilience has been nothing but pleasant to deal with. I've never felt more welcome in a room or so validated in things I thought were flaws in being a human, but in gaining the knowledge from this diagnosis has been nothing but eye opening and I'm so grateful to have had such warmth when engaging with Caroline. My son was recently assessed by Caroline in the Irish resilience clinic. Our experience from start to finish was so comfortable and pleasant.
He felt able to speak candidly and to answer any questions with ease as it was a calm and relaxing environment for him, which was a great comfort.
Caroline did a full assessment and really took her time with us, explaining everything in detail and having a good chat with us afterwards also, with a very friendly nature and sense of humour.
I couldn't fault the experience in any way.
She made us feel very positive about the future and we left feeling a massive relief.
I received an email that same evening with links to several supports for my son.
I'm really glad I went with this service and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Yesterday I seen Caroline for the first time with my son an I could not recommend this beautiful lady anuff she is so understanding an listen to everything you have to say you get tha warm welcome soon as you walk into her room an I got the answers of Caroline tha I’ve been hoping to get to put mind at ease so I no why my son is goin on the way he is if anyone has any concerns about your child Caroline is definitely the lady to get in contact with an she replies back to you quick she doesn’t leave you waitin I was so worried goin in there but after talking with the beautiful lady I was at ease coming out 🫶

I had given up on my daughters schools for help, she had entered secondary school and was still struggling. We had a lovely meeting and were put at ease straight away. Also the learning experience was invaluable to me for other services I can get in contact with for my daughter. It has helped my daughter to understand herself better. I’m sorry I didn’t it sooner. I would recommend this professional service and will be going back if I need to in the future. Thank you very much for all your help Caroline.
