Resilience Clinic Review

My teen daughter was anxious about attending an assessment for ASD but from the moment we arrived Caroline put her at ease. Caroline's manner during the appointment was highly professional and at the same time very gentle and encouraging. Which made a huge difference to my daughter's experience of her assessment. We were greeted with understanding and a vast amount of knowledge in the areas discussed. We very much value the time and effort spent. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and Caroline listened carefully. Watching my child feeling reasured and proud of her diagnosis was such a relief. Caroline shaped her thinking in a way that was incredibly positive and I very much appreciated the encouraging advice given. We can't recommend Caroline at the Resiliance Clinic enough. We were in with Caroline on short notice as we luckily got a cancellation appointment. Walking in the door as a parent I was nervous and did not know what yo expect. Caroline was a breath of fresh air and put us at ease immediately. She asked questions read what I brought me. While all this was going in she spoke with my son and observed him. Her interactions with him were beautiful to watch. She was kind and caring and most of all reassuring. The knowledge this woman has is absolutely incredible. Would 100 percent recommend Caroline to anyone.

Going for an autism assessment was something that I had wanted to do for a long time, but I feared I was being dramatic over nothing at all. After finding the IRC and their fantastic prices compared to other assessments, I decided to go ahead with it. I was extremely nervous, but I was put to ease and felt so understood throughout the entire assessment, which only took an hour, and I was given my diagnosis on the same phone call, no waiting around. The relief I felt at finally being made feel comfortable about my experience and given a diagnosis was immense. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about coming here, thank you IRC! :)

Had an appt with Caroline regarding our daughter. She made us all feel very much at ease from start to finish. It was lovely to have someone understand how our daughter is and to make her feel important also.

I felt really heard by Caroline for the first time in years. My diagnosis was not a surprise for me as I did have a feeling yet she explained everything in detail so well, offered numerous different supports almost instantaneously. I honestly couldn't recommend this service more. Overall the whole process was made so comfortable for me and was a lovely session.
